A full day husky ride through the National Park

TRIP DATES 2025
PRICE 1550 €
22.03. - 27.03.2025
Up here in Ruka-Kuusamo, a place at the bottom of Lapland nestled in between endless blankets of wild forest, soft rolling fells, frozen lakes and where the smell of a campfire is never far away. Here time moves differently. We adapt to other routines, going with the flow of nature’s cycles in all its forms. In winter we slow down, like everything around us, but it is also an invitation to be more present, focused and gaze in amazement of this beautiful winter fairy tale.
We would like for you to experience this, too. Let us introduce you to the magical wonders of the North and show you a glimpse of the Finnish way of life on this exciting backcountry skiing and husky adventure in Finnish Lapland.
Backcountry ski to a wilderness cabin with a traditional wood-fired sauna
To finish off our remote stay we want to pump up the adrenaline. We know that animals always leave a special impact on us, therefore we want you to spend a full day with the dogs on a husky tour. You’ll be riding your own sled and enjoying the wintery nature we skied through previously from a different perspective.
Back in Ruka we will check-in to a lovely, authentic cabin and enjoy a traditional Lappish dinner. Time to reflect and share our experiences.
